Introducing

Legerra LV-011 01

Born not from tradition, but from a bold defiance of it, the Legerra is a timepiece forged at the crossroads of precision engineering and avant-garde design. Inspired by the aerodynamic lines of supercars. Every contour, every surface, every mechanism within the Legerra exists with intention — a fusion of performance and presence. A sculptural silhouette drawn from the same high-performance material used in Formula 1 and aerospace innovation.

Louvet Maison brings together designers, engineers, and craftsmen under one roof, inspired by a mission to set a new standard in contemporary watchmaking. Louvet Maison’s quest for excellence unites watch manufacturing in Switzerland, encompassing the key functional and aesthetic components. The various areas of expertise combine traditional and cutting-edge technology to give life to exceptional finishes and an audacious vision.

ADVANCED CARBON TECHNOLOGY

The Legerra LV-011 01 case is forged using cutting-edge layered carbon technology, originally pioneered for Formula 1 and aerospace applications. This advanced composite is constructed from ultra-thin layers of parallel carbon filaments, each no thicker than 30 microns. These layers are impregnated with high-performance resin and precisely woven with a 45° rotation between each stratum, ensuring a striking marbled pattern that is unique to every case. The material is then cured at 120°C under 6 bars of pressure, achieving a structure that improves resistance to breaking stresses by 25% and reduces micro-cracks by up to 200% compared to conventional carbon composites. The result is a case that combines uncompromising strength with exceptional lightness and visual depth.

CASEBAND AND PUSHERS MADE OF GRADE 5 TITANIUM

Caseband and pushers are crafted of grade 5 titanium, a biocompatible, highly corrosion-resistant and remarkably rigid alloy, which used for it's exceptional strength, durability, and corrosion resistance while remaining lightweight. The alloy is 90% grade 5 titanium, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. This combination further increases the material’s mechanical properties, which explains its frequent use in the aerospace, aeronautical and automobile industries.

CALIBRE LV17

Calibre LV17 is based on the ETA Valjoux 7753 TOP Grade automatic chronograph movement. One of the most iconic and prestigious Swiss movements in watchmaking history.  It has been used for decades by some of most luxurious Swiss watch brands such as Breitling, IWC, and TAG Heuer -  and now, proudly, by Louvet.

To house this refined, high-performance chronograph within a bold tonneau case demanded not just engineering - but artistry. The result is a flawless union of timeless tradition and modern innovation.

A PRECIOUS AND ELEGANT BLACK ONYX DIAL

Elevating the codes of traditional watchmaking, the Louvet Legerra unveils a dial crafted from one of nature’s most precious materials: onyx.

The manufacturing process of onyx dials requires rare savoir-faire and exceptional mastery. From the first cut of the stone to the final polish, no fewer than fifteen meticulous operations are required to achieve its flawless surface.

Crafting a chronograph in natural onyx is a true challenge - cutting, polishing, and shaping the stone with extreme precision to accommodate subdials without fracturing its delicate structure requires unmatched expertise. The result is a dial that embodies both rarity and refinement, where every detail reflects an uncompromising pursuit of perfection.
