Delivery & Returns

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Europe. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.

For items marked as “pre-order”, please check the ship-out date on the product page.

*Please note, we do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.

SHIPPING PRICE:

We fully cover all shipping expenses and partner with world-renowned couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

IMPORTANT! Customs/import fees are the recipient's responsibility and are imposed by the country's regulations to which the goods are shipped to.

SHIPPING TIMES:

We exclusively use Premium Express Shipping for all orders. Once dispatched, deliveries are completed within 2-7 business days, depending on the destination country.

TRACKING:

All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

 

Important Notice Holiday Seasons

During the Christmas period, we tend to receive a high volume of orders. This might cause a slight delay in processing and shipping your orders. Please bear with us as processing times could extend to 3-7 business days, and shipping may take an additional 10 business days on top of our regular estimates.

Returns

 

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at hello@louvetwatches.com. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong watch sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
